Air Bud Returns is a new, live-action movie scheduled for a summer 2026 theatrical release. The story follows a 12-year-old boy named Jacob who, after his father’s death, discovers an old Air Bud VHS, forms a bond with a stray golden retriever named Buddy, and embarks on a heartwarming journey to heal, unite a team of misfits, and win a championship.
